  The place was spacious and clean. Not a lot of extras, so bring your own spices, coffee filters, extra toiletries etc. Your basics are taken care of. The pool and Hot tub were great. Cleaned every morning. Only negatives we experienced were (1) there was no propane for the grills. There were four gas grills but two of them were broken. (2) There were some people loitering around the corner store and trailer park across the street. Didn't feel too safe walking off the property after sunset. Other than that, it was a very nice time!

  The initial contact was very helpful we were in contact with a lady named Susan who was wonderful!! The property seemed well suited for our group of 18 overall. The dishwasher kept throwing a code so difficult to use. Upon arrival the toilet kept running but we were able to fix it. My biggest concern was that when we were bathing a client the shower chair broke and she landed on the floor it was a scary experience for her.The rest of the home seemed great except there was minimal pots and pans when cooking for 18 people it was challenging. One other thing that would have been nice to have would have been a mop for cleaning up messes.

  The property was in a bad neighborhood! There were people talking loud and cars driving by playing loud music all night! I was told by the property manager that the property was 450ft. from the beach. It was more like 3blocks away. There were cable connections as well as the cable box itself hanging from the wall. The smoke detector in the living room was hanging from the ceiling. The washer didn't work and the dryer too an hour to dry really small loads. Friday night one of my guest were insulted by another party in the unit next to ours when he asked them to turn down their music at approximately 12:30am! The main reason I rented this property was for the hoyer lifts at the hot tub and pools. My husband who is handi capped didn't get a chance to utilize it due to the large crowds gathered at the pool and hot tub. Saturday morning I was blocked in by a another guest's truck and there was NO PARKING available Saturday or Sunday due to all of the parking spots being occupied. Had I known the neighborhood this property was in and the type of guests who utilized it, I would have never rented this property. Sadly disappointed!!!

  The stay was great my only complaint is there are 4 houses together and it’s suppose to be 4 parking spots per house (16 parking spots) but I think it’s only 12 that was very inconvenient, although we made it work we parked beside the house.

  The rental house was beautiful and comfortable and well stocked... the only down side is the wall along the pool is very thin and the noise rules were pretty lax.... there are 4 units so if you get loud group that is really the only downside.... 2 blocks to the beach it is amazing!!!

  Thank you for letting us rent the house. The location was perfect to the beach but the surrounding area of the property was run-down. There were some inconsistencies with check-in, but we were able to access the property ok. The only things that were negative was on Saturday night people who lived on the next street over came in and took over the hot tub. They were smoking and eating boiled peanuts and throwing the shells into a small plastic pool bucket that was being used earlier that day by the children we had with us, so we all left. It was not appreciated that we were paying for the property and unable to use that area due to them. We would not use any of the other items by the pool because we were unsure what was clean at that point and what wasn’t.
  
  The other negative was the use of the grill. We payed extra for grill use and none of the grills were usable. 1 had no handle to life the lid, one would not light and the other two were just disgusting. One we couldn't even clean well enough and the 4th grill still had hamburgers left inside it. Again, disappointing as we thought we could use these items as they had been included in the price we paid.
  
  We cleaned up prior to our departure this morning as best as we could. The list that was provided said there would be cleaning supplies but there were none. A cabinet in the kitchen was locked where I assume cleaning supplies are kept for cleanings between guests but we had no access to any. It's a bit difficult to plan when things are not there that were supposed to be provided but we managed.

  Overall the room was great spaces nice need to be cleaned a little better but at the end of the day of the great room and all the accommodations was nice I had a little problem with the parking found some hair here and there and the Saturday before we left found bed bugs I'm basically just never responded to the bed bugs but overall it was a nice room when I contacted the property manager about the bed bugs she simply said she don't see how it could be any bed bugs in the room because the message was covered and the tenants that was there before us had no complaints when clearly we put one bed bug in the plastic and wrapped it up so she could see it took pictures of it and never got a response after that on Monday the maintenance lady came in with a can of raid clearly it wasn't going to kill the bed bugs that's probably why they were still there. This was on 9/3/19 today is 9/21/19 still haven't resolved the issue or took responsibility for it. My sister an nephew slept on the couch from Saturday to Monday an my Dad got bit twice in da back in another room

  We are all part of The GTA AM Tour in Ontario, Canada. There were 29 of us staying at the units for the last week of March 2018. We utilized three of the four units. They were brand new, clean and perfect for our group. The location was great and the fact that we were all in the same complex added to the camaraderie of the trip. Also, one of the players is a chef and in these large and new kitchens he created AMAZING meals for us. Kathy and her Team were always at the ready to assist whenever called upon. These units were absolutely perfect for our group and, along with some excellent golf, resulted in an extremely special and memorable trip for all.

Working with Kathy to book the property was a breeze and when the weather impacted the unit we were originally assigned, she transferred us to another unit without hesitation. There was only one issue with the hot water going out, but Joe had someone there with in minutes or definitely in less than an hour to fix the issue so we can move forward with our day.
