  This property was great for a large family gathering, with plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms and a super large dining table. The beach access was very close and we even had some ocean views. We had some maintenance issues that were promptly addressed when reported. The house mostly seemed very clean,with the exception of the floors, which would benefit from being mopped. From day one, the soles of our feet were blackened by them, and they felt tacky to the touch. There were a few minor maintenance issues we didn't bother to report, such as locks on some bathrooms not working, or toilets that tended to run if you didn't jiggle the handle. One of the ovens would not heat up, but there were two other small ovens.
  The kitchen was large and equipped with some high quality pots, and nice gas stoves. However, it seemed a bit under-stocked for a place that is designed for large groups. There were no microwavable plates or bowls, except serving bowls. No pizza pans, no loaf pans or cake tins. Some of the cooking utensils were not very good quality and some were lacking, such as no vegetable peeler. If your family group plans to cook a lot instead of going out, plan to bring some equipment.
  The bedding was very comfortable but some of the beds were too large for the rooms they were in. A queen bed instead of a king would work better if there is no space to move around the bed or have a side table. There were no closets in the bedrooms. So things could get tight. Overall, it's a good property for your large group, but may not exactly deliver on the "luxury" label.

  Very clean, loved having 2 of everything in the kitchen, loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom, loved that there is a grill on property. Hot tub & pool were a great bonus. Our group loved this location and condo, and we would definitely stay here again. The WiFi PW provided in the welcome packet was incorrect, which was a bit frustrating, but after sifting through emails, found one which provided the WiFi PW, and that version of the PW was correct.
  
  The game room could use some attention:
  
  - the pool table's felt is old & ripped, which is not expensive to replace ... for the cost per night, I expected everything to be 100% usable and in great shape - not the case here
  
  - there were only a few pool sticks, and none of them had a decent tip
  
  - there was no chalk for the pool cues
  
  
  None of the problems with the pool table are deal breakers for our group, and we are already planning to return for next year's golf trip.

  Wow...what a frat property for a spring family vacation. The property sits in a great location and it’s very close to the beach, basically right across the street. It had grocery store and all the amenities that you would need. Our family truely enjoyed this property, management was excellent, easy check in and simply checkout. Quick on small repairs...if yiu have a large group I highly recommend this location.

  The pictures where miss leading. The house was not clean the floors where extremely nasty had not been swept or mopped had to call the property manager to send someone out to clean she was helpful and had them out there within the hr. The house does not get very cool, couldn’t turn air down past 72 and the house did not cool off enough so it was hot in the house. Pool and hot tub area not clean. There was mold in the washer and dryer’s. House and appliances need some work. Unfortunately was not very pleased. Will not be back nor will I recommend. If we didn’t have such a large group I would have found somewhere else the day we arrived.

  This was our first church Family Retreat. We stayed at 2203 Spring Street property. The venue was spacious, clean and welcoming. It had everything we need to make this a weekend to remember. The counter table was the action center. The media room provided a wonderful spacious spot for games, movies, and our Sunday morning service. It was perfect for our group and would be perfect for any family or friends function. When we called to about internet connection, Mike was over within the hour. Melissa and Mandy were very responsive before, during, and after our stay. Check in and check out were easy. We are already planning our next event as others in our group are making plans for their family functions. To top it off the sunrise view from the kitchen window was spectacular.   2304 Spring St. was a truly awesome experience for me and my guys - when we showed up the staff allowed us to check in early which was awesome. Once we checked in we noticed the pool had gotten a little dirty (no fault to Together Resorts) and a bulb in our theater room was faulty. Within literally 10 minutes we had a full court press from the staff - cleaning the pool, setting up the hot tub, and fixing the issue in the theater room while we got to enjoy the beach. Upon returning to the property, everything was ready to go and all we had to worry about the rest of the trip was having fun and catching rays.
  
  The staff and property are truly world class. We will look to make this an annual trip and will be keeping our fingers crossed we can continue to play the hurricane hokie pokie for our September time-frame.

  37 family members gathered for an every 5 year gathering at Cherry Grove Resort 2 -2203 B Spring Street. We were texted the entry code on arrival and were able to “move in” and start enjoying our week of fun with family. The location was fabulous. Very short walk to the beach. (Crossing Ocean Blvd. was very easy as traffic was light and very respectful of pedestrian traffic.) The only thing better would have been to be on the beach, but the prices for on the beach properties were much greater than this resort.
  The unit was clean and was fairly well maintained. Several areas of the laminate wood flooring have large separations that proved to be trip hazards for little feet and one area on the second floor was damaged and cut little feet.
  It was great to have enough dishes and kitchen utensils for large group meals. We enjoyed having two stoves/ovens as we celebrated the holidays as a family. Thanksgiving dinner was fun in JUNE! The two dishwashes and three refrigerators were utilized. The ice maker was a hit with everyone – we never ran out of ice and more than one family in our group is trying to figure out how to add one to their own kitchen! A few more kitchen linens would have been appreciated as well as some hot pads. (We bought hot pads and left them for the next visitors!) Another sink would have been the icing on the cake for the kitchen. The long table and chairs just about accommodated everyone of our large group. A smaller table for more intimate conversations or playing games would have been a nice addition. The abundance of grocery options was useful. Kroger, Walmart and Boulineau’s.
  The property included 14 bedrooms with 14 bathrooms as described. Great to have the multi-bed rooms for the grandchildren. These rooms were large and one of the bathrooms off of one of these rooms was palatial! Most of the bedrooms were small without any dressers or even places to set luggage. Some r

Every family had their own room and bathroom and then there were a few rooms with multiple beds for the team to sleep together. Pool was heated to 85 degrees which made it possible for the kids to enjoy it in November. Kitchen, living room, and media room were very spacious which allowed us to all hang out together. Will definitely rent with Together Resorts again if I return to Myrtle Beach with a large group.

  We celebrated our parents 50th wedding anniversary. There were 29 of us and a good time was had by all. The house was quite nice. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty larger. The dining room table was massive and met our needs nicely. We enjoyed the pool table and media room. The pool and hot tub were a bit small but met our needs. The rooms were clean, could of been a little larger and some rooms needed a places to hang clothes and or a dresser. However we still had a great time. The staff was available when needed. The elevator was a lifesaver for our 86 year old mother.

  This is our second time staying at this property. We always enjoy our time here. We typically have 37-40 women at our annual beach trip and this home nicely accommodates our group. The location is perfect. It's 1 block from Boulineau's grocery store, Basil's Pizza & only 1 street away from the beach. The long table is perfect for eating and playing board games. The downfall to this home is the bedrooms have no frills but you're not at the beach to stay in your bedroom, are you? There are no closets, no dressers & the only mirrors are in the bathrooms so it's hard to get ready if you have a lot of people in your room. Other than that, it's a great property.

  My family really enjoyed our stay with Together Resorts.The kitchen was amazing and had everything you could possibly think of as gadgets! There were only a few minor maintenance issues. One of the bunks was not made upon arrival. The maintenance came that night to fix our sink in kitchen. We stopped using the elevator so no one would get stuck. There was a broken shower on 2nd floor, so two rooms had to share. One of the futons in theatre room was missing parts on one side. All of these were minor issues and did not seriously affect our stay. We would definitely stay with Together Resorts again!

  It was overall a good stay. A lot of things didn't work properly throughout the week. We had issues with the pool heater and filter. We also had issues with a dryer and the ice machine. Overall I would stay here again but it was an inconvinience that these things didnt work the entire time!

  I know this is a new built place but some of the issues probably need addressing soon. A few of the showers leak a lot of water because the door does not close properly. Doors are not square way too much caulking needed to fill the gaps. Not a big deal but one of the cabinets is upside down above one of the stoves. The main problem that could be fixed if the maintenance man would do his job is clean the ductwork for the dryers. The dryer vents to the outside are 90% clogged according to the dryer error code. A/C return vents were extremely dusty. Having a vacuum at the house would be nice. The house is overall very nice and in a great location. Loved the large kitchen table.

  This vacation retreat was a perfect fit for our entire family and just what we needed. The location, unique setting, pool, movie studio, immaculate kitchen and spacious private bathrooms for every bedroom...all inclusive and certainly having all our family in one place gave us time and space to do things family now days just don't take time to do. We had time to sit and talk with each other, laugh, cry, sing, dance, and be grateful for moments we could see and share with one another!   We rented the house for our softball team and chaperones. It was wonderful! We fit 41 people pretty comfortably. The kitchen and game area was a perfect place to eat, gather and hang out. The bedrooms were clean and comfy. It's 1/2 a block from the beach and grocery store, restaurants and ice cream places. Being in North Myrtle Beach was nice because it was quieter. Having everyone together in one house versus scattered hotel rooms was a real plus.

  This property was everything our group could have asked for! Check-in and check-out were very easy and the management was friendly. The kitchen is equipt with 3 refrigerators and 2 stove tops making it simple to prepare meals. The pool and hot tub were just an added bonus since the beach was just across the street!   This was the worst experience I've ever had with a vacation property.
  Before reserving this property, we knew there was a possibility of a hurricane and had our doubts.
  We were assured and promised over and over again that the buildings would be ready.
  Far from it!!
  The buildings were Un finished, poorly built and 1/2 of the amenities were either absent or not even there.
  If we were told this from the start we would have still booked the vacation but at a later date.
  We were blatantly lied to, completely disrespected and reimbursed nothing.
  I love Myrtle Beach and will return every fall but will NEVER rent from these lying crooks again!!

  This is a very nice home especially for a big family! The property manager met us promptly to go over the property. There is adequate parking and each bedroom has its on bath. The only negative was dirty floors with broom or mops and master bedroom was a little warm on third floor. The elevator is especially hard for everyone in the party to understand, but overall great experience, I would recommend to others especially for holidays...great kitchen and great room, owner was nice!
